Re: Puppet repository has been migrated to GitLab!

I forgot to mention I also updated the GNOME Infrastructure
apprentices documentation [1] accordingly. Apprentices can now submit
MRs instead of going with the former manual workflow.

Team,

I recently decommissioned the last remaining cgit instance that was
running at [1] and migrated the Puppet repository to GitLab. A few
notes on this side:

1. The repository's history has been rewritten to remove some of the
old objects that contained passwords that are still in use (the former
solution we had for this case was going with a shallow clone)
2. I made sure any of the secrets that might be still visible have
been revoked or are not in use anymore
3. Update all the hooks and relevant documentation that contained the
former location
4. Granted access to the team to the repository on GitLab, please make
sure to update the origin remote!

The repository can now be found at [2]. Let me know if there's
anything not working as it should as a consequence of this change.

Thanks!
