[Bug 794444] download.gnome.org/sources/startup-notification/ has only ancient tarballs

The module had no releases since at least 8 years, that said we're not ensuring
it's going to stay up-to-date ever and we don't plan to for the simple reason
that keeping track of all the modules we host within download.gnome.org is just
not achievable and not of our interest.
