This is now done, moved to https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/las-web and to OSCP. Waiting for gnome.gr to migrate to GitLab pages and we can finally retire another Wordpress instance. @tomtryf, I landed your access to the project if you see anything that needs fixing on the theme / layout.
