Continuous integration for apps
https://wiki.gnome.org/Initiatives/ContinuousIntegrationForApps is agnostic
about technologies.

The changes proposed to add test suite, code coverage and code style checks can
be applied from other stack than jenkins/github. See

It do not pass CI because our gitlab instance lacks of runners

For that we just need to install a gitlab runner on gitlab.gnome.org
