Indeed https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/admin/release-team/privacy/spam under
"Spam Filter Rule 1" defined an action "Discard" for the spam filter regex line
       ^Feedback-ID: 
I now removed that regex line.
And as we've seen other issues (bug 786486) I've also set the action to "Hold"
to be able to see in the nearer future what's going on (instead of silently
discarding).
