Gstreamer uses GNOME Bugzilla for bugs, but it is actually a freedesktop.org
product. So the git is at:
  http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/

I think you could maybe file a bug with freedesktop.org admins to have a git
mirror as well (like git.gnome.org).
