[Bug 758551] A way to block batch users of nominatim.gnome.org proxy

The Nominatim Sysadmin team will start making use of the X-Forwarded-For as a
first measure to block bulk requests. They're still looking for a proper
User-Agent though generated by the client itself. Bastien, can we move this bug
to the geocode-glib's module as there's not much to do for the sysadmins here
anymore?
