Mail and aliases works great! Damned lies send emails automatically to the mailing lists, when you set an address to the team's page (gnome-el-list@gnome.org in our case [1]). Also each team have to create a user for the noreply@gnome.org to receive these mails. I've made some comments to Damned lies but nothing came to the list.
