In order to fix https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=715174
we'll need a more recent version of itstool installed on webapps.
gnome.org (for help.gnome.org and developer.gnome.org).

I believe 1.2.0 would be fine (that's what's required by yelp-xsl).
