Unfortunately, as the GNOME foundation is a US-bound entity, we are bound to the law of the United States of 
America.

Since the United States of America has currently embargoed Iran for all economic purposes 
(http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/programs/index.shtml), we are unfortunately unable to accept 
your application as a mirror.
