Fwd: Re: bugzilla.gnome.org blocks my IP

Cannot determine the reason why this is blocked. Seems not apache, nor
iptables. Could another sysadmin assist?

Please go to www.google.com and search for "my ip", then give back what
it tells you. 10.0.0.0/8 is an internal IP address, cannot check using
that.

It says "Your public IP address is 92.109.169.19"
