Ok. I was getting the error in Chrome and I just used Firefox and it seemed to work.

I'm sorry to hear that.
I think we've recently blocked a few user agents because they
were issueing an unnormal amount of traffic.
What browser do you use?

In any case, you can try to write to dia-list-subscribe gnome org.
