DNS configurations files on Puppet

Hey guys,

I've put all the DNS stuff into Puppet, and currently working on puppetizing all the Ubuntu hosts too while I wait OSUOSL to create me the new VM. (hopefully today)

The Git repository that was tracking changes on the DNS area has been moved to /home/admin.
