New VM from OSUOSL

Hi,
we'll be getting a new VM from OSUOSL in substitution of our now old signal.g.o VM. I've just pushed check_mk (+nagios) and nrpe on puppet.
As soon as the machine is ready, I'll properly set it up against puppet.
