Hi, Debarshi Ray (rishi) kindly accepted my offer to back me up on the Accounts team. I created his account on RT but didn't enable the relevant ACLs on Mango. (yet) For the very first times he'll comment any request received on RT, I'll mentor him through the procedures and I'll make sure he knowns the relevant policies, especially the account naming one.
