Can I use 'joone' as my user name?

My name Joone. I became a new GNOME foundation member last week.

So, I tried to create a new account at http://live.gnome.org/NewAccounts

However, I couldn't use 'joone' as my user name.

Is 'joone' the existing user name?

If not, I would like to use 'joone' as my user name for future contribution.
