We have already contacted with Olav in september about this issue with Olav,

Hello,

I am Jose Maria Casanova, the person in charge of the organization of
next year GUADEC in A Coruña, we are currently configuring the mailing
lists for managing the organization of the conference.

In order to speed the process I would like asking you to include me in
the administration of guadec-planning mailing list and share the
administration password for this list, because we are going to restart
the list with this year team.
