Wondering about using xdelta3 for binary diff files.

Difference in the tar.bz2 files:
  167366

xdelta3 file:
  336837

This diffs png files, etc. Could also do some validations on this file.

Note: xdelta3 (un)compresses the bz2 file. So it'll diff the tar and compress
again. Likely breaking checksumming in the process.
