Need to investigate further.

Seems to really need /ftp. I think we should host those files ourselves.
Meaning: development work required. Need also to estimate disk space
requirements and check the amount of traffic and hits it generates on
ftp.gnome.org. All big downloads are on ftp.gnome.org, and art.gnome.org
alone does 3M hits/day already. So I need to be careful :P
