something weird, because we're faster than that. We'd need a destination IP and
exact URL (in case a file is stuck somehow), but you could also point out to
the submitter that ftp.gnome.org is hosted on the same distribution cluster as
for instance cdimage.debian.org, and we don't have any performance complaints
there
