Trigger has been updated.

First add webapps.gnome.org to transport in Puppet (force it to be
delivered over the backchannel IP address), then (on git):
$ cd /git/pygtk-web.git
$ git config hooks.update-recipients gnomeweb webapps gnome org

and repeat for all moved modules
