So who manages it then? I am a long time sysadmin, and I do not have access to
it. Owen does, but he clearly says he doesn't want to be involved.

gnome.org whois lists director gnome org and gnomeorg-dns fishsoup net (Owen)

Anyway, I do not want to be involved with anything which involves money. If
somehow the foundation directly gets an invoice I'm ok with it.
