it should be used by people to discuss javascript code in gnome.

currently we only have a libseed which is used in seed development itself.

I'm proposing a list where we can discuss development in javascript/gnome
(using gjs or seed, shouldn't matter).

Johan Dahlin (johan gnome org) accepted to be the initial admin (He can invite
others to help him later)
