The 'video-subtitles' project aims to provide subtitles for as many of the
GNOME related videos it can. It is hosted at
<http://git.gnome.org/browse/video-subtitles> and more information can be found
at <http://live.gnome.org/VideoSubtitles>.
Subtitles make it possible for people with hearing problems or a lower
proficiency in English (or other languages used) to understand the videos
still.

In order to facilitate discussion and provide a general place for talk I would
like to request a mailing list. This list would probably be low-traffic, but it
would nevertheless make it possible for people to reach everyone involved or
interested in the project.
