(Filing a bug report as requested by Paul Cutler in #sysadmin)

l10n.gnome.org now sends notification emails from noreply gnome org instead of
gnomeweb gnome org so we need to adjust mailing list settings accordingly.
This breaks our workflow in the Czech translation team.

Problem is that Petr Tomas doesn't know/has lost the password to the
gnome-cs-list admin interface, so he can't just adjust the settings.
Petr already contacted mailman gnome org for password reset - no response.

Please reset the password.
