Did something very similar:

  <LocationMatch "/browse/[^/]+/plain/.*\.ogv$">
    Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "http://l10n.gnome.org";
  </LocationMatch>

Still doesn't seem to work as I expect. Maybe because of the link around the
<video> element?
