I've requested everyones bugzilla email address a while ago. IIRC via
gnome-infrastructure.

Anway, Bugzilla is under the control of bugmasters, not the sysadmin
group. You're in the sysadmin group, but that only means you can see the
security bugs in the sysadmin product.
