Packages to update on progress

Hi,

For proper translation of some packages in the forthcoming 2.28 release,
we need some updated packages on Damned-Lies server (progress) [1].

If nobody has time for this in the sysadmin team, would it be possible
to give me sudo root privileges so as I can do the work myself?
