Problem in new account request

Hi,

I've submitted my request for account, and received the confirmation
email.

But after following the link supplied in the email, i got:

"Your e-mail address could not be verified. Please check the link on the
mail you received. If it does not work, please resubmit your account
request."

And when I tried to "resubmit" the request, it said "Your request has
already been received."

Could you please get me out of this?
