blogs.gnome.org doesn't allow SVGs

Hey folks :)

I tried to upload a SVG File to my blog at blogs.gnome.org but the 
Wordpress keeps complaining:

      File type does not meet security guidelines. Try another.

As it'd be totally new to me that SVG files are per se bad or insecure, 
I ask you to allow SVG files :)
