On menubar.gnome.org, rpmforge is enabled without any restrictions. This means
that we'll pick up newer packages from rpmforge for random stuff.

Our official rpmforge configuration in Puppet currently has:

 includepkgs = rpmforge-release perl-*

We need to:

 * extend the includepkgs with extra packages needed from rpmforge on menubar.
See:
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gnome-infrastructure/2009-July/msg00125.html
and the follow-up from Olav.

 * Use that on menubar and in puppet [This bug is probably best done as a
pre-requisite to puppetizing menubar, rather than simultaneously]

 * Remove or back down to rhel/epel versions for other packages installed from
rpmforge on menubar.
