As root, somebody needs to install the jobqueue.pl daemon as a system
service on bugzilla-web. Just log in and do:
/var/www/bugzilla.gnome.org/jobqueue.pl install
And then you'll have a "bugzilla-queue" RHEL5 system service all set
up. (The daemon is already running, it just wouldn't start again on boot
if we didn't install it as a service.)
Also, you may want to monitor its current queue state. After it's
installed, "service bugzilla-queue status" will tell you how many jobs
are in the queue--if it gets too high, something may be wrong with the
mail server or Bugzilla's connection to it.
