This seems to be happening because the load on label was above 35-40.
httpd is starving slapd of cpu time and it can't respond. What does
the team thinking of moving the ldap master to another server?
http://live.gnome.org/Sysadmin/LDAP mentions ldap should be moved back
to button. To fix our intermittent ldap problems this needs to be
addressed.
