This now changed to the following IPs:

163.221.190.156
163.221.102.214
163.221.102.213
163.221.190.135
163.221.102.212
163.221.190.180
163.221.190.169
Note that the initial mail informed you that such behaviour is not
acceptable. Continuing the behaviour and avoiding our blocks from a
legal standpoint alone is not advisable.
Please stop asap. I do not like our services to be abused.
