Nice! Please document the new stuff on the wiki.

I noticed things like /home/admin/mhonarc referencing
/var/mailman/mhonarc (or something like that). Both are SVN checkouts
(well, since last weekend when I converted these checkouts to SVN). Also
it said something about recreating the archives causing crashes or
something.

Not sure, but the admin rt3 details are in /home/admin/secret/mango. You
can login with that and that should have enough permissions to fix your
access.
