svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/ now running latest viewvc code

As subject says, /viewcvs/ is now running the latest viewvc code.
Because of the s/viewcvs/viewvc/ change, some local modifications might
be lost. I also might have missed some template changes.

All seems to work though. Also added:
  http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs?view=rootstxt
This will produce a text/plain output containing all the GNOME SVN
modules. I need this to setup the svn-commits-list topics from menubar.
