Yep, strange that. I received this 'CAN I HAVE A RESPOND TO THIS' e-mail
approximately 2.5 hrs *before* I received the e-mail you want a response
to. The e-mail you want a response to seems to have been sent *after*
this, according to the headers:
Received: from mail.gmx.net (pop.gmx.de [213.165.64.20]) by
menubar.gnome.org (Postfix) with SMTP id 6D55D3B4EDD for
<gnome-sysadmin gnome org>; Tue, 6 Sep 2005 17:41:43 -0400

The 'I sent this on Sunday e-mail' appears to have been received by your
ISP's mailserver a couple of hours previous:
Received: from mail.gmx.net (pop.gmx.de [213.165.64.20]) by
menubar.gnome.org (Postfix) with SMTP id 98CE83B0B73 for
<gnome-infrastructure gnome org>; Tue, 6 Sep 2005 15:05:05
-0400 (EDT)
Received: (qmail invoked by alias); 06 Sep 2005 19:04:37 -0000
Received: from host86-133-11-44.range86-133.btcentralplus.com (EHLO

Please remember that the gnome sysadmins and webdevelopers are
spare-time volunteers, who do their best, but sometimes can't respond to
every request within guaranteed response time :)

I've replaced the file 'el.xml' on window. This is a sticky-plaster
solution for now, and if/when the docbook RPM gets upgraded, it will
quietly break.
