Load on window getting really high (>70 now)

There are about 60 nb.cgi processes on window, which is really slowing
it down. Could Olav or I get sudo rights to the blogs user so that we
could keep this under control and look into it? (If only one of us
can, Olav would probably be the better one as he knows more than me).
