Thanks for posting the trademark acknowledgement on your website.  GNOME
Foundation's lawyer has prepared a revised license agreement following
the feedback of previous comments on foundation-list. The revision has
gone to the foundation board.  After review and discussion, it will post
to foundation list. The board is making and effort to reflect both the
spirit of the GNOME community and the requirments of trademark law in
policy and licensing text going forward.
