Hey,
I ripped off a generic GNOME Page, and turned it into a mockup for the 
GNOME India website.
<...evil grin>
Now it is at http://clai.net/sayamindu/gnome-in-mockup/ - and it 
currently validates as XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
Don't worry about the content/links - I did it in the early hours of the 
morning ;-).

Anyway - we need to find a place to host the files (sourceforge comes to 
my mind - but sourceforge CVS sucks - and want to maintain these files 
through CVS - as that means less pressure on me :-).

Also, regarding the domain - should we try for www.in.gnome.org ??
