evolution-data-server archived?

Hi,

https://l10n.gnome.org/module/evolution-data-server/ has a banner at
the top claiming that

> This module has been archived. It is only kept for statistical purposes. Please don’t translate it any more.

Has it really though? It still shows up in the GNOME 42 release set
and https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution-data-server/-/commits/master
shows it’s very much still alive. So what gives?
