Minor problems on Damned Lies

Hi,

1. Documentation checks do not work. Pushing the validity check button just 
spits

"Sorry, the server was not able to run the quality checks on this file ([Errno 
2] No such file or directory: 'pofilter')"

2. It is impossible to commit the updated translation for Planner.

DL shows the following message:
