Sound Recorder release in a week from now

Hello translators,

Sound Recorder was moved out of Core applications, hence doesn’t strictly follow the release schedule for 3.38.

The maintainer still tries their best to stick as close as possible to the release date.

They introduced a few string changes over the past few days. We have one week to translate it before Sound Recorder is released
