Fractal release soon

Hi,

We intend to make a release of Fractal soon. If everything goes well
it should be published on the 29th, but we may delay it by a few days
if we find serious bugs in the meantime. We are going to freeze our
strings until then, so now would be a great time to get your
translations in! The branch we are releasing from is master.
