Release of GIMP 2.10.8 planned for end of week

We are hoping to get 2.10.8 out this weekend, if all goes well.

Therefore, now is the time for any last-minute translations, if needed. :-)

As usual, the work is meant to happen on branch `gimp-2-10` in priority.
