gedit-plugins 3.27.92 string change notice

Hi translators!

gedit-plugins 3.27.92 was just released. It has a new string that was
just added this week.

I didn't consider gedit-plugins to be part of GNOME for String Freeze
purposes this time. And this improves usability with the new Translate
plugin.
