Release of GIMP 2.10.4 planned for Week-end of 7/8 July

We are planning a release of GIMP 2.10.4 possibly on Saturday 7 or Sunday 8 July 2018. As a reminder, this is the branch gimp-2-10 (master branch is quite a moving target).

If you wish to update a bit the translation for your language, we'd be happy of it.
