"Dia" project archived for translations but its GNOME code repository is not archived

https://l10n.gnome.org/module/dia/ has been archived but 
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/dia is not archived. 

Does anyone know why the translation part got archived? 

Or does anyone have an idea / opinion if the code repository should
also be archived? Last 'real' code changes were in Jan 2015 so it does
look inactive indeed.
