String freeze for gLabels 3.4.1

All strings in the glabels glabels-3_4 branch have been frozen in 
preparation for gLabels version 3.4.1.

All language translations committed to the glabels-3_4 branch prior to
April 22, 2018 (Sunday) will be included in this release.
