Onboarding @ GUADEC 2017

Hi all,

At GUADEC 2017, there will be unconference sessions from 31st July
through 2nd August. At last year's GUADEC, there were newcomers
interested in finding out how to start contributing to the GNOME project
with translations, documentation, or both, so I was thinking about setting
up an onboarding room for those interested in being guided through the
getting started process.
